The workflows and skills the MiniMax Code team actually uses every day to build MiniMax Code — now open source. This is not a prompt collection or a "best practices" list. Each piece is a SKILL.md skill or checklist: how to keep AI-written code at a high bar, whether a task should go to a subagent, what tools cost in context, how to keep long sessions from going dull, and how to review a diff from a clean context. Installs straight into MiniMax Code; the same catalog also works in Claude Code via the plugin marketplace.
